Last updated: 2026-05-17

§ 1. General

  1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of services through the website zyciepelnezdrowia.pl/en (operating under the trading name "Full of Health"), hereinafter referred to as the "Site".

  2. The service provider is: Konrad Kowalik trading as Full of Health Email: contact@fullofhealth.uk ICO Registration Number: ZC106701

  3. These Terms are made available free of charge at zyciepelnezdrowia.pl/en/terms in a form that allows you to download, save and print them.

§ 2. Definitions

  • Site — the website available at zyciepelnezdrowia.pl/en
  • Provider — Konrad Kowalik, trading as Full of Health
  • User — any person using the Site
  • Client — a User who books paid naturopathic services
  • Electronic service — a service provided by electronic means
  • Consumer — a User acting outside their trade, business, craft or profession (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

§ 3. Types and scope of electronic services

  1. The Site provides the following electronic services:

    a) Contact form — allows you to send an enquiry to the Provider. This is a one-off service that ends when your message is sent.

    b) Educational content — articles and information on naturopathy, biochemistry and health. Continuous service, available to every User.

    c) Newsletter (planned) — periodic educational emails. Continuous service, requires subscription by the User.

  2. Naturopathic consultations (online consultations, follow-ups, lab analysis, written plans) are provided under a separate Client Agreement, which the Client receives and accepts before work begins. Those Terms describe payment, cancellation, refund and clinical scope in detail and prevail over these Site Terms for paid clinical work.

§ 4. Nature of services — important disclaimer

  1. The Provider is a naturopathic consultant, not a medical doctor. Konrad Kowalik does not diagnose disease, does not prescribe medicines and does not treat medical conditions. The services provided are not medical care within the meaning of UK medical law.

  2. All educational content on the Site, as well as recommendations made during consultations, are complementary to — not a substitute for — care from a registered medical professional (GP, consultant, specialist). If you have serious, urgent or worsening symptoms you must seek medical attention.

  3. The Provider does not promise, guarantee or warrant any specific clinical outcome. Individual results depend on the Client's baseline, adherence to the plan, lifestyle and many other factors outside the Provider's control.

  4. Where information published on the Site refers to scientific literature, the Provider takes reasonable care to cite peer-reviewed sources, but accepts no liability for the consequences of independent application of such information without a personalised consultation.

§ 5. Technical requirements

  1. To use the Site you need:

    • a device with internet access
    • an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
    • an active email account (for the contact form)
  2. The Site is optimised for both mobile and desktop devices.

§ 6. Formation and termination of electronic service contracts

  1. Contact form: the contract for the electronic service is formed when you begin filling in the form and is terminated when you submit the form or close the page.

  2. Educational content: the contract is formed when you open a page on the Site and is terminated when you leave the Site.

  3. Newsletter: the contract is formed when you confirm your subscription (double opt-in). You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of any newsletter email, or by writing to contact@fullofhealth.uk.

§ 7. Liability

  1. The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site operational and accessible without interruption.

  2. The Provider is not liable for:

    • interruptions caused by maintenance, updates or server faults
    • technical issues on the User's side (no internet, outdated browser)
    • consequences of submitting inaccurate or incomplete information via the contact form
    • any health-related decision the User takes independently on the basis of educational content published on the Site, without a personalised consultation
  3. Consumer Rights Act 2015: nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Provider's liability for matters that cannot, by law, be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability under Chapter 2 of Part 1 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (digital content / services standard).

  4. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider's total aggregate liability for any matter arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site (excluding paid clinical work, which is covered by the Client Agreement) is limited to the total amount paid by the User to the Provider, if any, in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

§ 8. Data protection

The processing of personal data of Users is governed by the Privacy Policy.

§ 9. Cookies

The Site uses cookies. Details are set out in the Cookie Policy.

§ 10. Complaints

  1. A User may submit a complaint about an electronic service by email to: contact@fullofhealth.uk.

  2. A complaint should include: a description of the issue, the User's email address, and (optionally) a proposed resolution.

  3. The Provider will respond to a complaint within 14 days of receipt, by email.

  4. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of a complaint, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider or to take action through the courts of England and Wales.

§ 11. Right to cancel (consumer right of withdrawal)

  1. As a Consumer ordering services on the Site, you have the right to cancel a continuous electronic service (e.g. newsletter) at any time, free of charge, by unsubscribing.

  2. The contact form is a one-off service that is fully performed at the moment your message is sent. You acknowledge that, by submitting the form, the service is treated as completed and the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply once the message has been sent.

  3. The right to cancel paid naturopathic consultations is governed by the separate Client Agreement and follows, as a default, the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to the exception for services that, with your express consent, begin during the cooling-off period (you lose the right to cancel once the service is fully performed).

§ 12. Intellectual property

  1. All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photographs, charts, code, layout, branding and the name "Full of Health" — is owned by Konrad Kowalik or licensed to him, and is protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

  2. Personal, non-commercial use of educational content (reading, printing for your own reference, sharing single articles with credit and a link back) is permitted.

  3. Any reproduction, redistribution, adaptation or commercial use of Site content without prior written permission is prohibited.

§ 13. Governing law and jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  2. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not deprive a Consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory laws of their country of habitual residence.

  3. For Users habitually resident in the EU/EEA, the European Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

§ 14. Final provisions

  1. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be informed of changes by publication of a new version on the Site. The version in force on the date a service is provided governs that service.

  2. Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by:

    • the Consumer Rights Act 2015
    • the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
    • the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR
    • the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002
    • and, where relevant, the corresponding Polish consumer-law provisions
  3. These Terms enter into force on 17 May 2026.
